• The trial screening will be delivered during office working hours 08:00-23:00 (+2GMT time) seven days a week.
• For members the service is available 24/7.
• All screening requests will be treated with a priority and reply time from 60-120 minutes.
• Average reply time for members is about 15-30 minutes.
• All screening reports will be provided based on generic policies.
• All screening requests are treated with confidentiality for the purpose of "ensuring vessel suitability and safety in STS operation"
• We shall contact you further, in case you wish to receive an assessment report for the STS service provider.
