DYNAMARINe Academy Training Course: MOTIVATING SHORE-BASED & SHIPBOARD SHIPPING COMPANY PERSONNEL 12 May, 2022

Course aim and objectives: This course enables participants to realize how to set strong personal, departmental and corporate goals and achieve them. Participants during this training will become familiar with ways of self-motivation that will enable them to establish strong bonds with the shipping company, leading to mutual satisfaction and profitability. Leadership, motivation, productivity and innovation methods will be analyzed within the frame of job satisfaction, job-task improvement, effective communication and decision making. Each shipping company employee should be regarded as a key factor of success, providing corporate added value. The course is in accordance with OCIMF's TMSA 3 & INTERCARGO's DRY-BMS industry guidelines for best practice as well as applicable regulatory framework.

Course duration: 1 day: This training program is provided in 6-hours with real time instruction through zoom platform in a pre-scheduled interactive learning session.
